The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms “No Rad” pays direct homage to the rarest and most coveted variant of the original 1953 Fifty Fathoms — the version issued to military divers with a “No Radioactive Material” indicator on the dial. Its matte black dial features oversized luminous dot indices, a luminous diamond marker at 12 o’clock, and the watch’s most distinctive detail: a bicolor orange-and-white power-reserve indicator at 6 o’clock, warning the diver when the watch requires winding. The unidirectional black rotating bezel with coin-edge knurling is faithful to the original tool-watch design.
